In the Authentic barn we have created a charming holiday home with much love and care, located on the spot where the cowshed used to be. This unique location, where the past and the present come together, has also contributed to the special name of this house.
This cozy home offers an atmospheric and comfortable stay for three people and has been available for rent since 2021. The interior is carefully decorated and fully equipped with all the luxury and comforts you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From modern equipment to a tasteful decor; everything is there to provide you with an extensive and carefree holiday experience. In the well-kept garden there is enough space to relax and enjoy the sun, perfect for a relaxing afternoon with a book or a cozy get-together. In addition, you can enjoy WiFi both inside and around the house, so that you can stay connected to the outside world during your stay or easily discover the most beautiful places in the area.
Living room/Dining room
An enchanting space to stay.
You enter the whole through a beautiful old stable door. There is a cozy sitting area with a sofa for two, a coffee table and an LED television.
You will also find a dining table with comfortable chairs here.
Everything is tastefully decorated with subtle details and equipped with underfloor heating.
There is also a toilet on the ground floor.
Kitchen
The kitchen is extensive and equipped with everything you could wish for.
It includes a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, an oven and an induction hob.
The hot water is supplied by a boiler, so that you have hot water immediately when you open the tap. Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped with pans, bowls, plates, cups, etc. And of course a coffee maker and a kettle are not missing.
Bathroom
This space is efficiently laid out and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. You will find a lovely shower, complete with a thermostatic tap that provides the perfect water temperature, so you can start each morning feeling refreshed and relaxed. There is also a toilet and washbasin, both carefully placed for ease of use and functionality.
A solar boiler provides this space with continuous hot water, so you can always enjoy a refreshing shower or a warm wash. This smart and sustainable solution not only contributes to your comfort, but also to an environmentally friendly lifestyle.
Bedroom
An essential space that we have paid extra attention to. With two single box springs, there is absolutely no lack of sleeping comfort. The wardrobe is equipped with a shelf and hanging area, including clothes hangers, and is designed so that you can easily place your suitcase underneath.
Above the bathroom we have created a sleeping loft. This is accessible via an authentic miller's staircase. Here we have created an atmospheric space for the third sleeping place.
Garden
Enjoy the outdoors. Imagine: with your own south-facing terrace, which offers an inviting place to relax and enjoy the sun. On this terrace is a lovely garden set, perfectly furnished for cosy moments. Above the set hangs a shade cloth that not only offers protection from the bright sun, but also creates an atmospheric ambiance. Here you can enjoy a good book, a delicious drink or just the peace of nature around you.
