In the authentic barn, we have lovingly and carefully created a charming holiday home, situated on the site of the former cowshed. This unique location, where past and present intersect, has contributed to the cottage's unique name.
This charming home offers a comfortable and inviting stay for three people and has been available for rent since 2021. The interior is carefully decorated and fully equipped with all the luxuries and amenities you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The well-maintained garden offers ample space to relax and soak up the sun, perfect for a relaxing afternoon with a book or a cozy get-together. Wi-Fi is available both inside and outside the house, allowing you to stay connected during your stay or easily discover the most beautiful spots in the area.
Living room/Dining room
An enchanting space to stay.
You enter the property through a beautiful old stable door. There's a cozy sitting area with a sofa for two, a coffee table, and an LED television.
You will also find a dining table with comfortable chairs here.
Everything is tastefully decorated with subtle details and equipped with underfloor heating.
There is also a toilet on the ground floor.
Kitchen
The kitchen is extensive and equipped with everything you could wish for.
It includes a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an oven and an induction hob.
Hot water is provided by a boiler, so you have instant hot water when you turn on the tap. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, plates, cups, and so on. And of course, a coffee maker and kettle are also provided.
Bathroom
This space is efficiently designed and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. You'll find a wonderful shower, complete with a thermostatic tap that ensures the perfect water temperature, so you can start each morning feeling refreshed and relaxed. There's also a toilet and sink, both carefully positioned for ease of use and functionality.
A solar water heater provides this space with a continuous supply of hot water, so you can always enjoy a refreshing shower or a warm wash. This smart and sustainable solution not only contributes to your comfort but also to an environmentally friendly lifestyle.
Bedroom
A key space that we've paid special attention to. With two single box spring beds, there's absolutely no shortage of sleeping comfort. The wardrobe is equipped with shelves and hanging space, including hangers, and is designed so you can easily fit your suitcase underneath.
Above the bathroom, we've created a sleeping loft, accessible via an authentic miller's staircase. Here, we've created a charming space for the third sleeping area.
Garden
Enjoy the outdoors. Imagine your own south-facing terrace, an inviting spot to relax and soak up the sunshine. This terrace features a lovely garden set, perfectly arranged for cozy moments. A shade cloth hangs above the set, offering not only protection from the bright sun but also creating a cozy atmosphere. Here you can enjoy a good book, a refreshing drink, or simply the tranquility of nature around you.
